Vision

The department of Textile and Fashion and Design is a world which cultivates creativity, builds imagination, co-ordinates innovation and directs knowledge that together brings out future fashion leaders.

Mission

The course aims at enabling the students to keep pace with the rapid advancements in the industry by providing an opportunity to obtain an insight into the actual working of the industry by way of Fashion shows and Exhibitions organised by the students themselves, Industrial visits and Internship in textile mills and fashion houses.

Creativity is the base of fashion. The main objective of the Textile and fashion and designing Costume Design and Fashion department is to inculcate the students to make their ideas into a reality, without losing sight of the concept in the process.
